(It is not a pre-requisite that a part be purchased through us in order to receive tech support.)

With three highly qualified technicians on staff with years of training, we can help with almost any technical issue. And if we can’t help you, we will direct you to one of our many knowledgeable associate groups with the specific expertise to help solve your problem. Having been in the field in the past with down machines and nowhere to turn for answers, Classic understands the value of a kind, understanding and knowledgeable voice at the other end of the phone.
