Melanie Moss, Controller/HR DirectorReturn to top
Melanie joined the Classic team in September, 2007. As Controller, she also oversees all H/R functions, as well as ISO 9001:2008-related activities. Prior to Classic, she was the Accounting Manager for a local media firm for 7 years. Melanie got her start at a mid-sized manufacturing company in Cleveland’s Flats in 1994 and went from Accounts Payable Clerk to Assistant Controller during the eight years she was there. She has a BA in Business from Ursuline College where she graduated with honors.

Tony Smith, Sales Manager Return to top
Tony Smith joined the Classic Team in April, 2009. He has over 16 years of corporate management and sales experience. Prior to joining the Classic Team Tony worked as Microsoft Partner IT Sales Manager with accounts throughout the United States. Tony is a veteran of the US Marine Corps and received his BA in Business Administration from Howard University in Washington DC. He has a passion for creative marketing ideas to promote the Classic Vision to the Classic Clients.

Ed Lampman, Director of Business Development Return to top
Ed Lampman joined Classic Diagnostic Imaging in 2011 as its Director of Business Development. He is responsible for developing new customer relationships and business lines to enhance Classic’s sales of replacement parts and upgrades. Ed has held various sales and marketing positions in the imaging industry as part of Picker International, Philips Healthcare and Unisyn Medical Technologies. He holds a Business Administration degree from John Carroll University and a MBA from Cleveland State University. Ed is passionate about customer experiences and loyalty, and looks forward to working with you in support of your business goals and objectives.

Jolene Blaha, Account Manager Return to top
Jolene Blaha joined the Classic Team in May of 2012. She comes to us from Universal Digital Resources, our partner company, from which she brings extensive knowledge of the imaging equipment servicing market. Prior to Universal Digital Resources, Jolene worked in the beauty industry for over 6 years in marketing and purchasing for salons and beauty suppliers. Jolene believes in the philosophy of never settling for the path of least resistance. She is dedicated to customer service and satisfaction and takes that extra step, by nature, to go above and beyond for customers and colleagues.

Melany Eckstein, Sourcing Manager Return to top
Melany started working for Classic Diagnostic Imaging in September, 2008. She earned her BA in Communication with a Minor in Biological Sciences from the University of Cincinnati in 1996. She began her sales career in the spirits industry, where she thrived for 12 years. Melany moved back to Cleveland in October of 2001 with her twin boys and has never been happier.

Steve Uhlir, Warehouse ManagerReturn to top
Prior to joining Classic in October of 2011, Steve was traveling the world, working as an installation/logistics specialist for museum-quality exhibitions. In addition, he has an extensive twenty-three years of being a small machine maintenance mechanic and operator. Not only technically knowledgeable, his attention to detail, strong work ethic and his ability to quickly and creatively trouble-shoot and problem solve, have made him the perfect fit for our refurbishing team. An outdoorsman and a father of three (who say he can fix anything!), he enjoys sailing, fishing and canoeing with his family.

Steve Amicarelli, Refurbishment TechnicianReturn to top
Prior to joining Classic in February 2013, Steve worked aircraft maintenance for the US Air Force, Airship Operations for Goodyear as a fabricator, Warranty Specialist for a hydraulics company, and was also a Trauma Certified Sr. Nurse Tech. He has an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science in Aviation Maintenance and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. His hobbies include mountain biking, scuba diving, restoration of muscle cars, and so much more. The rest of his time is spent being a dad, spending time with friends and family. He brings a great amount of skill to our refurbishment team.

Laurie Colagiovanni, Account Manager - BiomedReturn to top
Laurie joined the Classic family in January of 2013 as the Account Manager for our new Biomedical Equipment Parts Division. She earned a BA in History and Marketing from St. Bonaventure University in 1988. Laurie started in sales with Pitney Bowes Corporation in 1990, and has held many sales positions since then with products ranging from office equipment to real estate. Laurie is also an accomplished Pastry Chef and has won several awards in the Cleveland area with her desserts and pastries. One of Laurie’s goals here at Classic is to provide her customers with the highest degree of customer satisfaction possible. Laurie is very passionate about her life, her work, her 3 pets and her 3 kids whom she lives with in the Chesterland area.

Jeremy’s versatile sales background ranges from the medical, trade show and music industries. He has visited over 400 hospitals in the United States and Canada and has extensive knowledge of health systems, ISO’s, GPO’s, procurement process, diagnostic imaging, biomedical equipment, refurbished and OEM parts. Because of his background, Jeremy has the strong ability to identify client needs and articulate product value appropriately. Zach Brown, Lab Technician Return to top
Zach has been with Classic since early 2008 and is an integral part of coordinating internal construction projects such as our paint booth and test bays, as well as crating machines for shipment. With experience in everything from machine disassembly and refurbishment to Shipping and Receiving, he is a critical part of our Warehouse & Lab Teams. Recently promoted to Lab Tech, he is now a part of our electronics refurbishment team.

Melissa Mongold has been working for Classic Diagnostic Imaging since July of 2008. She has her Associate Degree in Electronic Engineering and is certified with the AMX4+, M4, 9800 and 9600 C-Arm. She offers tech support and repairs a variety of equipment.
